Personalized Service:  SourceWest Partners combines the personalized service you expect from a boutique firm with the proven experience, reputation and reach typically associated with larger organizations.  We limit the number of searches we perform so that we can provide personal, hands-on service. We don’t believe in leveraging work to junior associates, every executive search and consulting engagement is personally conducted by the principal search consultant from start to finish.

Unlimited Access to Talent:  Although it is industry standard to keep clients off-limits for all recruiting purposes, this client blockage philosophy has restricted many of our larger, publicly traded competitors from recruiting the right candidates for their clients. Our select client base means that we can recruit from a greater universe of talented candidates. SourceWest Partners operates with virtually no restrictions in securing the best talent possible.

Partnership Mentality:  SourceWest Partners understands success is in the speed of delivery and the quality of the candidates presented. Not when the contract is signed.  We don’t dictate terms, our goal is to find a way to work together.  We never start with arbitrary minimum search fees and administrative add-ons.  Our expertise and flexibility has enabled us to support a broader array of searches from a smaller portfolio of clients.  In fact, the vast majority of our searches come from repeat customers and referrals.  With each additional search our partnerships grow, providing us valuable insight into the leadership style and organizational culture of our clients.

Performance Based Pricing and Guarantee:  We stand behind our searches and are committed to seeing them through to completion. Unlike many retained executive search firms, our fees are results-driven. Most of our clients pay three installments, based on the attainment of specific performance milestones. We also offer several fee alternatives, including fixed project fees and research project fees. Because we measure our success by your new hire’s long-term success, our performance-based fee structure is backed by an unconditional one-year guarantee.
