Prior to defining the Position Profile, we meet with key stakeholders to gain a critical understanding of your organization, the search context and your specific needs.

2. Develop precise position specifications.
Next we translate the specific responsibilities of the position into a “roadmap” that summarizes your organization, the position’s scope and the desired management competencies, style and personality. This document evolves to reflect new information and insights that may be revealed during the search process.

3. Identify and evaluate qualified candidates.
Guided by the position specifications, we conduct a comprehensive review of our network of professionals as well as a proactive outreach to functional and industry sources and selected potential candidates. The passive job network of currently employed candidates is actively explored.

4. Evaluate and present only the most highly matched candidates.
To ensure your involvement in this process is minimized yet productive, you are presented only with the individuals that SourceWest Partners has thoroughly evaluated as matching the criteria of the position and personality of your organization. Then and only then do we assist you with scheduling your in-person candidate meetings.

5. Assist with the selection process.
SourceWest Partners stays active throughout the entire selection process to help ensure your satisfaction and success. Once you have identified the final candidates who are the best fit—based on the preliminary referencing and in-depth interviews—we can serve as an advisor to help ensure a satisfactory outcome for all participants.

6. Facilitate the offer from negotiation through acceptance.
You can rely on SourceWest Partners to help you develop a mutually beneficial arrangement based upon the candidate’s compensation history. Our frequent communication ensures that everyone is well informed about the status of the offer and that negotiations are kept on track.

7. Aid with the transition from acceptance to employment.
The transition period is our opportunity to make sure all parties are moving forward with the same end goal in mind: a successful onboarding and an enduring employment relationship. SourceWest Partners professionals remain in close communication with all parties to ensure that this transition is smooth and timely.
